The Fearless Leader of Canada

It's Prime Minister Stephen Harper, holding a cuddly kitten named "Cheddar."

Unlike our manly president who goes to his "ranch" to "clear brush."

On another matter, your blog buddy (not sure who it is) who minds your grammar is going to nail you on "it's."

I think I'm the blog buddy to which you refer. "It's" is a contraction of "it is." "Its" is the possessive form of "it." Therefore, "It's" is correct in this instance. For example, "it's the cat of the Canadian Prime Minister, and it still has its claws." Well, I guess that's enough of being prissy for one day.

True, I mis-read it when I skimmed. So much for that fucking PhD in English. Should've gone to law school.
